My overall experience in the corporate world has been with outsourcing and Shared Service Industry, where we provide services to our clients. These service include Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, Risk and Compliance and HR Services. Currently I lead a global team of HR Shared Services. I have played multiple roles in my tenure in different companies and in all these roles I have worked with or led teams and take pride in balancing people priorities and organization objectives.

I crave for learning myself and believe in creating a culture of learning and development so that we are skilled for the future. I always look for new opportunities or challenges to break the monotony of the day-to-day routine activities, by involving myself in new projects and activities.

I have spent 12 years in Europe, living and working there which not only gave me a different cultural perspective but also encouraged me to travel across the beautiful and diverse landscapes. As I am come back to India, I look forward to explore India and APAC regions, once I settle down well.
